As a convenience, we offer beneficial payment options for insured and non-insured patients.
For our patients that do not carry a dental benefit program, we will request payment in full at time of appointment and you will receive a Cash, Credit/Debit Card or Senior discount.
As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental benefit programs, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO out-of-network. Our administrative staff will gladly contact your benefit carrier for specific details regarding your benefits prior to your appointment and prepare and submit all the necessary forms after your appointment. We are also happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate for any upcoming treatment.
However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your benefit company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your benefits result in less coverage than estimated.
We will request payment at time of service for your estimated cost share and will bill your insurance company. Any balance remaining after your insurance settles, will be billed out to you. If you carry a dental plan that sends payments directly to you and not the dental office, we will request payment in full at time of service, offering the same discounting as we offer our non-insured patients.
